Reading planetary hours

The widget shows the hour running now and its ruler, along with the ruler of the day. Sunrise and sunset for the chart's own date and place set where the daytime and nighttime hours begin, so the hours shift through the year and differ between one place and another.

Because the hours follow the moment you are on, moving the chart to another time moves the hour with it, which is the quickest way to check what was ruling when something happened.
